1. Practical classes and theoretical lectures
We provide classes to train in four disciplines, and two types of theoretical lectures.
Kyudo (adults)
Judo (adults, children)
Kendo (adults, children)
Budo-kenshu (adults, children)
Lectures (members only)
Bugaku (adults) : study of the spirit of BUDO.
Junior Shizenjuku (children)

2. Qualification for Admission
a. As a rule, boys, and girls, and adults.
b. Anyone may join whose purpose is the same as the DOJO in desire for training, paying respect to the KAMI and attending Shinto ceremonies.

3. Entrance procedure
a. Observation of class is first required for all the applicants.
b. Application for entrance is accepted at the DOJO office. Please, fill in the application form and make a payment of the entrance fee and tuition fee of the first month of your training in cash.
If necessary, the director of the DOJO or an instructor will be available for advice, except on Sundays and holidays.
. As a rule, each member is allowed to train in only one discipline unless given permission by a senior instructor.

4.Entrance fees and monthly payments
The fees below are as of July 1, 2011.

a. Entrance fees must be paid at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable.
b. Tuition fees after the first month are paid by bank transfer. Please submit the bank transfer application form by the 15th of the month of entrance. The fees will be debited on the 27th of every month from your bank account.
c. Prolonged absence is not accepted and chargeable except inevitable reasons such as job relocation, hospitalization, and child care (please ask the main office for details).

Membership rules
The DOJO was built on the MEIJI JINGU premises as an educational facility. Accordingly, members are requested to respect the following rules and maintain a cleansed mind.

1. Training at SHISEIKAN
a. On entering the DOJO, write your name on the attendance card.
b. On entering and leaving every door, make a bow.
c. At the beginning and the end of each lesson pay respect to the KAMI.
d. Everyone has to leave the DOJO by 8:30 p.m.
e. Obey the instructor, take each lesson seriously and be careful to avoid accidents.
f. Greet and be kind to other members.
g. After each training session clean the DOJO and put everything back into its place, and maintain clean training uniforms.

2. Entering and Leaving the MEIJI JINGU Premises
a. When entering the premises, make a bow into the direction of the main shrine building.
b. When entering the premises outside the opening hours, show your identification card at the gate. However, you cannot enter or leave by the Harajuku gate outside the opening hours.

3. Miscellaneous
a. Always have your membership card with you and do not lose it. In case of losing it, please report to the office.
b. Look after your own belongings. We will take no responsibility for lost property.
c. Training days and hours are subject to change or cancellation.
d. If you stop training, please return your membership card.
e. If anyone brings dishonor on the DOJO or acts inappropriately, his/her membership will be taken away.
